Search by name
Fast search for any destination using an intuitive virtual keyboard that narrows the results as you type.
Search by category
Destinations can be grouped into logical categories to help narrow search results.
Tab navigation
Allows for simple switching between search pages without the need to go back to the home page.
Amenity quick links
With one touch of an icon on the home page, the wayfinder directs the user to the required amenity (e.g. restrooms, concierge desk, telephones etc).
ATM brand search
Search for your preferred brand on the ATM search page or find the nearest ATM.
Height adjust
Buttons on the user interface are lowered to aid access to people in wheelchairs (portrait format kiosks only).
Brand integration
The Wayfinder can incorporate your unique branding devices such as logos and media elements.

Attract Loop (screen saver)
Capture attention with dynamic content. We provide you with a choice of Attract Loop templates. Content can include: HD video, images, flash animation.
Information panel
An expandable panel gives destination information within the search page to enable informed choices. Destination logo, images and text are easily added and maintained through the Wayfinder Administration Website.
Multiple language support
The Wayfinder supports up to 6 languages (including English) to cater for an ethnically diverse audience.
Car park search
Find your car within a complex space. We have a variety of car park finding options that can be tailored to your needs.
Flexible search pages
Provide information and directions to destinations not highlighted elsewhere on the user interface, including events, restaurants, services etc.
Events page
Drive visitors to your on-site events which are sorted by date or time.
Services information page
Drive customers to your on-site services such as concierge, management etc.
Contextual map display
The map is always oriented to the direction the user is facing when standing in front of the kiosk. Ensures the user understands the map and directions.
Home page map
A map of the current level on the home page allows visitors to immediately identify major landmarks and amenities close to where they are standing, without touching the screen.
External destinations
Direct the user to locations outside the building such as public transport or major attractions.
Animated directions
Animated paths show the user journey from origin to destination, in the context of the entire centre.
Replay directions
Directions are easy to review by pressing the replay button on the map page. This helps the visitor to memorise a complex route.
Multi-level transitions
The map display can show the quickest route across multiple levels, giving directions through the most complex spaces.
Shortest route display
The Wayfinder will calculate the quickest route to your destination taking into consideration travel time via escalators, elevators and stairs.
Accessible routes
People who can’t use stairs and escalators can easily view alternative routes via elevators.
Points of interest
Points of interest within the map – such as roads, parks, and meeting points – help orient the user.
Map zoom
Helps the user review and clarify complex routes when viewing the map page.
Full path display
The map page visually represents the entire journey through the site by displaying the path on the map in a stacked isometric view.
Time/distance indicator
Helps customers understand the scale of the site and manage their time.
Web-based administration
Our Wayfinder Administration Website allows you to easily manage content from anywhere. Including changes to destination names, categories, ATMs, destination information and images. Changes are immediate.
Media capability
We offer a variety of media capability options. Scheduling and management of media content – including HD video and flash animation – allows you to target the visitor with messages and information when they’re onsite.
Remote monitoring
Ongoing support of the directories ensures reliable service. The Wayfinder has built-in capability to monitor its own health – reporting the status of the hardware, software, and network 24/7.
Marketing data
All usage statistics are captured providing useful insights into visitor numbers, behaviour and preferences.
